Today you can use Catch Ups in Career Minder. Catch Ups are a new way to review your recent work and save your accomplishments while they are top of mind.

How does it work? It’s simple, a single text box. What do you put in that text box? You describe your work since your last Catch Up as if you were telling a friend or a coworker. You can talk about the things you’ve done, what were the results, your struggles and how you overcame them, what you’re excited to do next, whatever you want. If you don’t feel like writing it out, you can use your computer or phone’s built-in dictation capabilities. It’s a journal for your work.

Once you’re done, hit the Finish button and Career Minder will start its work. In addition to a summary of your Catch Up, Career Minder will find work experience and create new Experiences for future use in Resumes, Brag Sheets, and Reviews. It will even analyze the overall sentiment of your Catch Up and save it for future reference in your Review Trends.
